No claim will be considered neither against the owner or the Helmsman of the rescue launches. I confirm that the yacht entered and the crew meet all the requirements and regulation asked by the organizing authority. I agree to observe the racing rules of the ISAF-last edition - the sailing instructions of the notice of the race and the program, and the respective class rules.
